Places to Eat

So I really didn't realize it the last time I visited Monetery. But bring at least $75.00 with you for food if you are

having an all day visit to Monterey because they are very expensive. We went to an American Food restaurant and I only got a milk shake, that tasted like frozen cocoa, and a Chicken Fajita (picture to the left) and a bottle of water that costed almost $20.00. I was happy that we had breakfast from Carl's Jr and dinner at McDonald's, because I wouldn't have been able to eat, as a matter of fact my cousin paid for my dinner. So bring enough cash for food. But I am glad that the taste was worth the price, plus I took half of home and ate it the next day.

o, it has been quite awhile since I went anywhere for a vacation, even for a single day. I was actually starting to have a break down with all of the

studying and online work I had to do. So I asked my cousins in June about visiting Monterey together and at the time we couldn't go so around August I asked again and we decided to plan it for the end of September.

Well, we were able to go and I got to say that I really, really needed this day off. I had so much fun and all we did was walk down Cannery Row and went into shops, even stopping at the beach for a little while. But I really thought it was going to be slightly cold on that day and I was completely wrong. It was HOT! I wished I had chosen different clothes to wear. So anyway, I decided to share some points about visiting Monterey, California. I hope they help if you decide to visit.
