US Mint Unveils Commemorative Coin for Basketball Hall of Fame On February 25th, the Basketball Hall of Fame Commemorative Coin Ceremony took place in Philadelphia. Attending the ceremony was guest of honor Julius Erving, Congressman and Chairman of Ways and Means, Richard E. Neal, and John Doleva, CEO of the hall.
