In January 2021, I launched my blog, www.myupsideofdown.com, followed by my podcast, The Upside of Bipolar, in early 2023. My book, The Upside of Bipolar: Seven Steps to Heal Your Disorder, is set to release on October 15, 2024. Additionally, I run the Upsiders’ Tribe, an online monthly program that helps people navigate the treatment plan from my book. As a passionate public speaker, podcast guest, and social media advocate, I am dedicated to sharing the tools and insights I’ve uncovered on this journey.

A bipolar diagnosis doesn’t have to define your life’s trajectory. You have the power to become your own best advocate and unlock your own path to healing. While the journey is demanding and requires perseverance, healing and recovery are within your reach. The choice to transform your life is entirely in your hands.
