~What are 1-3 tips you can give our readers today to help them step forward in their life powerfully?

1. Know thy Self and you will know the Creator in you.

2. Rather than avoid your shadow, fears, and shame, bring it into the light and it no longer runs you. You are the master of your emotions and you can call issues forth on your time rather than be blindsided by creating it outside of your Self causing life to always come at you.

3. It is so much more empowering to discover the patterns and see the mirror within you rather than be irritated and try to change everyone around you.

~Will you share a client success story?

One young married couple came to me because she had severe anxieties and panic attacks. She was an extreme introvert and could not handle having anyone over, could not clean or cook, could not work a job. She was diagnosed bi-polar as well. We put representatives for her parents in. Her mother’s representative expressed very much anger toward all the males in the circle. She went on and on berating them and cutting them down. We discovered that her mother had been abused as a child by her father so she had a suppressed rage that had never been resolved or expressed because her mother had no memory of her childhood until recently.

After the constellation, the couple sat there looking at each other stunned. She turned to me and said, “I have said everyone of those things to my husband. She realized she had been projecting all that anger from her mothers suppressed rage toward her husband. She called me later to do another constellation because she said her entire life had changed. She was working, her house was always clean, and her relationship with her husband had improved.

~What tip or piece of advice can you share with our reader today to empower them to SHINE?

I used to defend myself rather than stand in my truth. If you are standing in your power and speaking your truth, you never need to defend truth. Truth stands alone. It just is. Defending indicates unconsciously you don’t believe it. Fighting for your truth just creates more of the same and you lose the core value of truth.

My Constellation work is not for everyone, I have observed that those who show up committed to be in service to their highest version of themselves are ‘Big Souls” up to big things because they came here to fulfill “Big Promises” so they love this work. You can truly make a huge impact on the world by doing your own work rather than be in conflict to change others.
