~Tell us something you are passionate about:
I get energized by helping leaders navigate complex vocational and cultural challenges. The win for me is when a leader says something like “Thank you! You’ve helped me discover a way forward that I hadn’t seen before.”
~What are some ways you are helping to bring this forward in the world?
Right now, I’m coaching the national leaders of several large American church denominations. They’ve asked me to help them design and develop their organizational strategies for starting and strengthening local congregations while integrating insights and wisdom from marketplace leaders. I’m also leading three Cohorts of local church leaders
who are either starting or re-imagining the ministry strategies of the church they lead so they are optimized for future opportunities and challenges.
