~ Share something you are passionate about:

I am passionate about personal growth and the power of a positive mindset.  I believe life is meant to be lived and loved.  I am passionate about helping teens develop the courage to believe in themselves and become who they are meant to be.

~ What are some ways you are bringing that forward in the world:

I am the founder and creator of The Daily Compass System that empowers teens to build self confidence, gain resiliency tools, and develop habits of success through self-study, group coaching, and 1:1 mentorship programs.

I have been teaching teens in the classroom for the last 14+ year to become the hero of their own stories.  I am nationally certified in suicide prevention and I have been running a Hope Squad program for prevention for the last 6 years.

I speak throughout my community about mental health, parenting teenagers, and education as a tool for empowerment to develop teenagers who believe that they are enough.
