We have all known that moment - the throat starts to hurt, the headache
comes, you feel hot. A cold. You know you are in for a few days of runny
nosed misery. Well, we can all take some steps to try and prevent this and
other common bugs. First, all the common sense things about looking after
your health. Eat a sensible diet including plenty of
fresh foods. Second, exercise and fresh air is
good for you. Third, enjoy life but not too
much - we all need rest sometime!
