1. PROJECT TITLE
Technology in the classroom for English language teaching.
OBJECTIVES
a. GENERAL
Identify the use of technology in the classroom to teach English.
b. SPECIFIC
Check the benefits of using technology in the classroom to teach English.
Analyze the positive aspects of the use of technology in the classroom for
teaching of the English language
Recognize the different uses of technology in the classroom to teach
English.
2. METHODOLOGY
The objective of this research is to identify the use of technology in the classroom for the
teaching of the English language. The method used to carry out the investigation is the
observation; mainly observation card number 2 was used. In this observation card, it asks
us to observe the educational equipment that is used for the English classes; like the CD
player, the television, the computer and the projector.
Three students from the first semester of “Pedagogía de los Idiomas Nacionales y
Extranjeros” participated in the research. The observation lasted for 3 months ending the
fourth week of June. The observation was carried out during the pre-professional practices
that took place in different educational units of the Ambato city. The nursery, elementary,
high school and higher level were observed.

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
This article corresponds to an educational experience about the impact of the pedagogical
practices of digital media in classroom. In this main objective is understanding the
relationship between the complementary subject (Technology Education) and the
