Monday 27 November
Invite your friends, family and work colleagues for a
Christmas-themed evening of spoken word and live
music with a gospel message.
Each year KT’s Naomi Chi
ldren Fund buys
Christmas gifts for childre
n in RBKC Social
Services’ care. Last year
your generosity enabled
us
to give gifts to more than
600 looked-after childre
n!
6pm-9pm
Amber Bar, Citypoint,
1 Ropemaker Street,
LONDON EC2Y 9AW
The list is prepared by the
Borough’s social workers,
and the number of boys
and girls in each age gro
up
is passed to Amanda Dye
so that the gifts can
be purchased centrally. Ou
r gifts are purchased
through a supplier who give
s us a special discount,
and so we are able to give
a very good quality toy for
around £10. In some cas
es this is the only gift the
children will receive!
If you or your cell would
like to help a child this
Christmas you can give
a gift by either cash
or cheque (payable to ‘EC
KT Naomi Children
Fund’). Address the env
elope ‘Amanda Dye
(Christmas Gifts)’ and han
d it to KT Reception.
Daisy-Ann Wiggins
On Saturday 21st October KT’s oldes
t
member, Daisy-Ann Wiggins, passed
peacefully into the arms of Jesus at
the great age of 97 years.
Daisy-Ann was a regular attender at
the church up until the last couple of
years, but although not there physically
she knew everything that was
happening in KT!
Daisy-Ann was a delightful lady to
visit, with her sharp mind and acute
memory she was entertaining and fun
to spend time with. She was a woman
of great faith and a prayer warrior, who
will be greatly missed by all who knew
and loved her.
