Conclusión
Una de las principales tareas a implementar es
la elaboración de guías nacionales de estrate-
gias de cuidado multidisciplinario para la aten-
ción de los pacientes con SRS. Los equipos mul-
tidisciplinarios estarán formados por pediatras
, endocrinólogos, gastroenterólogos , genetista
clínicos ,ortopedista , cirujano maxilo facial, tera-
pista del lenguaje , psicólogo , nutricionista.
Se debe también reconocer la importancia de la
identificación del subtipo molecular subyacente
que puede orientar el tratamiento con respecto
a factores de riesgo específicos de esta enfer-
medad.
