order to prove the emotion they can arouse in our hearts and in order to be more
persuasive. The pupils filmed the presentations themselves (the links to the videos are at
the end of this document).
Although my pupils are only 14-15 years old, they need to be aware of the
opportunities and resources awaiting for them and be able to use them in an organization
that is sustainable in the long run which will make them responsible. Consequently, pupils
will learn that responsibility means that they will tend to run his / her own business or
future activity in a way that increases his / her positive contribution to society while
minimizing any harmful effects on humans and the environment. Moreover, it also means
acting in a responsible manner towards nature, and the species with which we share the
resources, we share this planet.
The pupils were very pleased with these activities, especially regarding the
entrepreneurial part – how they could start a business, make money without harming the
biodiversity of our country and that of our world, implicitly. Last but not least, they have
understood that if we want to have a good life, a “healthy” future, we must preserve, we
must protect the nature in all its forms because our life depends on it.
As it is stated in the ELENA Project, pupils can develop most of their skills during
these activities, with regard to carrier skills (such as team work, planning, presentation,
communication), personality traits and attitudes (such as creativity, self-confidence,
motivation for learning), and these activities also contributes to miscellaneous other skills
(such as life-management skills, basic reading and math skills, computer skills and arts
