they were asked to state their opinion and arguments about this topic

Apart from this activity I have tried to make my pupils realize that besides taking
care and caring about the animals and the environment there is another aspect they
should take into consideration: entrepreneurship. As it is mentioned in the description of
the project, the activity-based orientation and also topics of local issues connect the field of
study to personal life, and learning mainly happens at areas having a connection to
personal life.
Thus we had another activity in which they were asked to choose an animal and, in
groups, pairs on individually, to describe it and then talk about how they can start a
business with it. One of my pupils even brought two dogs of her own at the presentation in
