Deconstruction of Ecuador ' s political order through the critical analysis of Lenin Moreno ' s speeches ( 2017-2018 )
Abstract
This article pursued the critical analysis of the speeches issued by Lenin Moreno , President of Ecuador ( 2017-2018 ). The term “ Corruption ” has been identified as the most used , established as a priority axis of search and persecution , in each of its discursive expressions as acts of government . Contradictions and transformations have also been recognized , accompanied by alterations in a short period of time , both in the constitutional and institutional order that seem to obey an objective of deconstruction of the inherited political order rather than the pursuit of the proposed government objective .
