The Leadership and Axiology of the Teacher in Primary Education
Abstract
The purpose of this essay is to make a theoretical approach regarding the leadership and axiology of the teacher in primary education based on the contributions of Cárdenas ( 2017 ); and Hernández ( 2019 ), for which the qualities of the teacher as a leader will be addressed , as well as the axiology of the teacher , as well as the process of educating with love , from there to make significant contributions of the importance of the pedagogical and educational action of the teacher is the product of leadership in classrooms related to the elements of love , tenderness and understanding of students as human beings , unique and with diverse personalities .
