Results
Ecuador has the highest exchange rate ( 3104 %) not only among the countries of South America , but also among North American countries such as the United States of America ( exchange rate 81 %) and Western European countries as is the United Kingdom ( 117 % exchange rate ) as expressed in Table 1 and Graph 1 .
