Abstract
In today's world, information and communications technology plays a
decisive role. The new industrial era has as its main characteristic the
consumption of information. Methodologically it was located in a study with a
non-experimental design, type of field research and descriptive level, with a
population of 20 teachers and 40 students of Research Project at the Master's
level of Momboy Valley University, the census sample being the same to the
population. To obtain the information, the survey technique was used, the
instrument was the questionnaire, with sixteen (16). It was submitted to its
validity through the expert judgment and the calculated reliability was 0.794,
according to Cronbach's Alpha, the information was collected, to perform the
statistical calculations and the results were analyzed, which allowed a
diagnosis of the problem The emergence of this new model of society
introduces changes in economic and social schemes, with a tendency to
simplify the complex processes of production and information management.
The society of the future poses interesting challenges in aspects of everyday
life, turning all this around a common aspect: technology.
