Abstract
The manager of the XXI century to the challenges of strategic thinking,
observes that organizations are facing future challenges exploring both
predictable and unpredictable, rather than prepare them for a possible single
morning. Hence, the research carried out is an article that aims to reflect on the
management of the XXI century based on strategic thinking; in this sense, it is
that the methodology used for the study was descriptive and documentary; the
results clearly show the profile of the manager of the XXI century as a guiding
guide, creative, innovative, strategist, reaching the conclusion that:
professional dynamics of organizations manifest behaviors according to which
best suited the environment will be those that will endure time.
