nutrients. It’s not only important in the
first years of life but also in
grownups, because it brings a great
quantity of biomolecules which are
necessary for the right functioning of
the organism. It isn’t necessary to
exaggerate the quantity that is
consumed. Furthermore, it is
important to remember that daily
consumption of milk in foods that are
not fluid milk, not only in derivates but
also in those which are cooked with
this (for example mashed potatoes).
If you cannot consume it, there are
different foods that can provide every
of the daily requirement necessary
for kids and adults, but there isn’t any
other food that has every one of them
