For me , libraries have always been a source of inspiration and deep emotion . They are a place to be alone in thought , to explore the best ideas of humanity , and to meet and learn amongst one ’ s peers . Today , libraries are at the center of the debate of redesigning education for the 21st century . In an era when knowledge is literally at our fingertips , libraries must evolve beyond serving as repositories for texts .
At Los Nogales , we speak of our library as being the center of our campus and of our educational experience . In the coming years we must ensure that the library fulfills that mission even in a new educational context . To do so , we will continue to guide the evolution of our library .
