ROASTED FENNEL
(makes 2 to 3 servings)
Say hello to these savory roasted fennel bulbs that
are so easy to make you won’t believe it. Fennel
is a stem vegetable which is well known for its
fragrant leaves and its aromatic seeds. However
my favorite part of the Fennel is its bulb, which
resembles a peeled onion, and mixed with the
right ingredients makes an amazing side dish.
Don’t be concerned about the licorice smells of
the raw bulb. Once roasted they become tender
and decadent.
Ingredients:
- Fennel Bulbs, remove stocks starting from the
tops of the bulbs, and then quarter into wedges
