What is the ASQ?
The Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) provides a quick check of your
child’s development. Parents have an opportunity to learn about
developmental milestones and ask any questions you may have.
What is an ASQ Clinic?
The Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) Clinic is for
parents who would like to learn more about their child’s
development. Clinic staff can answer questions, help you
with the questionnaire and talk about development.

We are working together to give all families a chance to do an ASQ. If your
child is 18 months or 3 years old, your early learning program,
preschool or child care centre will offer you an
Ages and Stages Questionnaire!
Families can also request an ASQ for any age
from birth to 6 years.
