Emergency Childcare First Aid and CPR Level B:
An overview of First Aid and CPR techniques taught in an interactive environment for individuals who care for infants or children in the workplace or at home. It covers skills needed to recognize, prevent, and respond to cardiovascular emergencies for adults, children, and babies, as well as other topics including choking, airway and breathing emergencies, and prevention of disease transmission. Course code: HLT 082 8HRS $ 92.85 + GST
English practice group for parents: The English as a Second Language Settlement Assistance Program offers child-friendly English practice groups for families with children 6 months to 5 years old. The group meets once a week from late September to June. No cost.
