Delivery Methods
Many restaurants have very different delivery methods. Some
use a scooter and have a basket full of produce. Others have a
full on three-wheeler or car. This is a good option if you are
bringing in a lot of stock, or if your restaurant is very far away
from a market. The method that most people use is the back
method. Simply put, you carry the ingredients on your back.
This can be done with a bamboo basket or just carrying plastic
bags filled with fresh produce.
