Council ( RCC ). We have also managed , with the assistance of all our members , to develop around 350 best practice documents , templates , examples , guidelines and benchmarks , which are extensively used by all members of the association .
The association has developed and implemented two online learning programmes , one aimed at directors and trustees , inducting them into their roles , and the other for all staff members of a homeowners association or body corporate . Of significance is the development of a new transformative online engagement strategy where all members and business partners can interact with each other , download best practice documents , and manage their events organised by the association .

The growth in our support base has been phenomenal , where we now have over 40 business partners , who are experts in their field of work and represent all disciplines in the industry . All members and business partners of the association participate actively in the chapter meetings that we run around the country , which culminate in our annual conference , where over 120 delegates are in attendance .
Advancements in all areas of technology , the formation of the Community Schemes Ombuds Service ( CSOS ), many changes in legislation , the increasing number of disputes handled by CSOS , and the many judgments passed have kept ARC and its members extremely busy , staying abreast of all of these .

The last 15 years have certainly been eventful , and as we prepare for the next 15 years we also know that as long as we act as one , as long as we share our experiences and successes , as long as we continually benchmark ourselves against others , and for as long as we remain united , we shall be ready for the future growth of this wonderful industry of ours .
