Proteomic Laboratory
Instrumentation like a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) unit, rotary evaporators, microplate reader
and freeze dryer vacuum pump are available in the Proteomic Lab. These can be used for characterisation of certain
compounds, in vitro reporter assays and cell toxicity test. The software available in this lab are ImagePro ® analysis and
Lolitrack ® version 4.0; both are used in image processing and analysis of rodent behavioural study respectively.
