Within the categories where it was relevant to mention the degree of satisfaction ( approved or not ) — that is , categories 1 , 4 and 6 —, the results are positive , although with certain nuances . Of a total of 18 demands , 10 have been approved , 5 rejected and three are in process or have expired .
The high percentage of approved initiatives is mainly related to changes in street names that have been the subject of formal debate . However , it is important to highlight that these renamings actually represent only a small part of the Indian or slaveholding heritage , and the level of resignification or transformation of these spaces has been very limited . In the case of the Proposals of Non-binding Resolution ( PNL ), the results are balanced and , although some have been approved , they are not associated with significant changes nor have they been allocated a budget through memorial laws or specific binding legislation .
In addition , among the unresolved initiatives , we mention one that expired in the parliamentary process due to the end of the legislature , another related to the Sahrawi issue that is still ongoing ( albeit with a negative track record ), and others related to the Quimbaya treasure . In this latter case , there is a formal restitution request from this year that has not yet received a response , but that has faced previous refusals .
