RULE 3-1
Physician Proximity and Response Times A. Members of the Medical Staff.
1. Physical Location. At a minimum, Medical Staff Members shall be physically available within thirty( 30) minutes driving time of the Hospital to fulfill their patient care responsibilities. For purposes of this Rule, a Member who is at another community Hospital located within the Truckee Meadows shall be deemed to be within 30 minutes of Hospital.
