• Renown Children ' s Hospital : Home to the only Pediatric and Pediatric Intensive Care units in northern Nevada , we are proud to serve the needs of the children and families in our community and our surrounding areas . Caring for children from infancy through adolescence who are ill or injured allows our pediatric team to utilize their vast array of specialized skills each day . Our collaborative interdisciplinary team is proud to provide family-centered care , individualized to each patient and their family . Our pediatric teams are proud to offer the highest quality of care to our children , and to take part in their journey of health and well-being .
• Neonatal ICU : Located in the Tahoe Tower , this unit includes 49 baby bassinets . A Level II unit that provides comprehensive , intensive , medical , and nursing care for highrisk and or critically ill neonates .
RENOWN CHILDREN ' S ER With 14 beds , this unit provides services to pediatric patients from birth to 17 years old . We are proud to be an accredited pediatric Level II trauma center . Our team consists of nurses , trauma technicians , and child life specialists , dedicated to providing evidence-based care to our pediatric community .
