IMPLEMENTATION LEADERSHIP AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
Renown Health will lead implementation of this plan in partnership with Northern Nevada Public Health and community organizations. The Community Health team will coordinate implementation, align Community Benefit investments, monitor progress using shared indicators, and report outcomes annually. Community partners will contribute through implementation activities, evaluation, and ongoing collaboration. Renown Health will use data, community feedback, and evaluation findings to continuously improve implementation throughout the 2027 – 2029 period.
BOARD ADOPTION AND PUBLIC AVAILABILITY:
This Community Health Implementation Strategy was reviewed and adopted by the Renown Health Board of Directors on Aug. 11, 2026, in accordance with Internal Revenue Code Section 501( r)( 3). The plan will guide Renown Health ' s Community Benefit activities from Jan. 1, 2027, through Dec. 31, 2029. The plan was made publicly available on Renown Health ' s website to promote transparency, accountability, and ongoing community engagement.
