NEEDS NOT SELECTED FOR FOCUS

The Community Health Needs Assessment identified several important health needs that were not selected as the primary focus areas for the 2027 – 2029 Implementation Strategy.
These include:
While these needs were identified as significant, they were not selected as stand-alone priorities based on the prioritization process, available resources, organizational capacity and opportunities for Renown Health to have the greatest impact. These needs also intersect with the four selected priorities and may be addressed through related strategies, clinical services, partnerships, advocacy and community investments.
EVALUATION PLAN:
Renown Health will evaluate progress throughout the 2027 – 2029 implementation period using community health indicators, partner-reported outcomes, program data and community feedback. Measures will include progress toward the indicators identified in this plan, the reach and outcomes of funded initiatives, and changes in health outcomes and disparities over time.
Progress will be reviewed annually to identify successes, gaps and emerging needs. Renown Health will work with community partners and grantees to use findings to refine strategies, strengthen coordination and inform future Community Benefit investments.
Implementation activities, investments, outcomes and lessons learned will be documented to support accountability, regulatory reporting and future Community Health Needs Assessment and implementation planning. Renown Health will also consider sustainability, including opportunities to strengthen partnerships, leverage additional resources and support effective initiatives beyond the implementation period.
