HOW RENOWN WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Renown Health will help reduce financial barriers to health through its Financial Assistance Program, insurance enrollment support, care navigation and connections to community resources. Community Benefit investments and partnerships will also support efforts addressing food insecurity, transportation, childcare and other economic conditions that influence health.
HEALTH EQUITY FOCUS:
Implementation will prioritize populations experiencing the greatest economic barriers, strengthen access to community resources and address social and economic conditions that influence health.
