HEALTH
TAKE ACTION
“Before you
tell me it's
impossible, I
want you to
know that it
is not. You
deserve to
be healthy.”
Let 2016 be your year; the year you feel your
best ever. This is the year you take control of
your health; the year other people take notice
of your glow.
There's no time like the present. Make a
promise to yourself- right here, right now that you will put in the time to take care of
yourself. After all, if you're not well you
won't be able to give your all for your family.
Being healthy doesn't have to be
complicated. Just take it one little baby step
at a time. If the thought of incorporating
three new steps into your daily routine is
overwhelming, just start with one and build
from there. You got this!

won't believe how amazing you will
feel after this very simple exercise!
EAT MORE FRUITS AND

Okay, you knew this one was

recipes to kick your veggie game up
a notch. And how about trying out
some new smoothie recipes?

Our brain and emotions affect so

has you stressed out and frustratedturn it around! Be a cup half full
kind of person. Not only will your
own health improve, the people
around you will take notice as well.

matter. Just move your body. There
are way too many benefits to list
here, but one of the most noticeable
will be a huge boost to your mood
and energy levels. Exercise can be as
simple as taking a walk. Just do a
