When taking driving lessons many
years ago, I was taught that a person
will veer off the road, without realizing
it, if they are looking off the road. If
you look forward on the road ahead,
you will stay there. Fixing the problems
in our world is important, and just
as important is looking for what is
working, beyond expectations. When
our sights are set on those who raise

the standards of the world, new
capabilities appear and people are
elevated to new heights. In its wake
forms a vacuum. The vacuum will
automatically be filled as people will
understand the new paradigm and
believe that they too can achieve it.
Solving the problems of the world and
advancing this world will not happen
if our sights are exclusively focused
on problems. We need to also find
those creating solutions to stay on the
