Hot Stone Massage
Dating back to 1,500 BC the use of precious stones rocks and crystals have been used in ceremonies,
treatments and healing.
The hot stone massage combines the power of thermotherapy (the application of hot and cold temperature to

The Nudity Factor
During some of the massages where hot stone is used, you are generally nude underneath a towel or sheet.
The therapist uncovers only the part of the body being worked on, a technique called draping. If the nudity
gets you out of your comfort zone, you can keep your underwear on, and many newcomers do .
