If you’re like most people interested in investing in real estate you have a full time job, family commitments
and no time to invest in learning how to invest in real estate? So you have the money but you have no time.
I meet with individuals all the time that have secured an investable nest egg of 50K to over 500K. The
discussion always seems to turn to real estate as a means to secure improved returns. I suppose this is to be
expected, given my track record in the real estate business and willingness to help where I can.
