#10. What can I do when the heirs don’t agree on how to move forward?
I have found that most of the time things go smoothly and the closing is uneventful. It’s like any other deal that you
close. However, there are times when you feel like you are the peacemaker, a counselor or a teacher. There will be times
when people will need to be educated about the
probate process. You may also need to initiate
problemsolving conversations with the family
and help soothe hurt feelings. After years of
working in this niche, I have found that you
usually just need to be a good listener.
Well there you have it. The 10 questions I
am asked the most frequently. Feel free to
contact me or stop by the Louisville Gals Real
Estate Blog for more information on how to be
successful in one of the most lucrative niches
on the planet, probate investing.

"Generally speaking, any real
property such as real estate
must be sold before the estate can be
closed. In most states you just put
the property under contract and
move forward. Be aware that some
states like California have a very
different procedure. You will need to
learn how the probate process works
in your state, and that information is
easy to find online."
