MAX, “Tha Vocalman” is an
aspiring Toronto based record-
ing artist who continues to make
moves in the music industry.
Jmax has just released yet anoth-
er track, “Mathematics” and the
buzz around what’s in store for
this artist has been riveting! Jmax
is multifaceted, presenting an
eclectic style thanks to his
Caribbean roots and gospel
beginnings. The singer/song-
writer also vocally produces.
What sets Jmax apart is his ver-
satility and ability to transition
effortlessly between musical
styles. He has recorded Gospel,
Dancehall, Rap, Dance, House
and R&B songs.
He is no stranger to the stage.
Tha Vocalman has shared the
stage with the likes of Beenie
Man, Elephant Man, Jill Scott and
Ce Ce Peniston to name a few.
Recently, Jmax graced the stage
at the Ribs and R&B Festival in
Detroit where the audience went
wild. You can see footage of this
on his YouTube channel. His talent has taken him in and around Canada,
the USA, the Caribbean, the UK and Europe where he has received numer-
ous accolades.
Summer 2017, he released his single and music video, “Summah Time”,
which continues to receive great reviews and online hits. The music video
was done in Little Burgundy (Montreal), the neighborhood in which he grew
up. He followed up with another hot single “Wine & Shake”. The music
video was done in Trinidad. Both songs are receiving radio play.
Ultimately, JMax is anticipating a breakthrough which sees the name
“JMAX” being an international household name. With his music, drive and
passion, his desire is just around the corner. His vocal ability, high energy
performance style and hunger for success make him indeed a force to be

young independent label spe-
cializing in Reggae, Afro and Hip-
Hop, whose goal is to spread a
constructive and positive message
of social consciousness. Sebastien
Richer (aka Yotanka) started to
organize small local shows around
2006 using the name Holy Hills;
but it was only in 2015 that he offi-
cially registered the company with
Joyce N’sana as co-owner. Dan
Fiyah Beats being a very close col-
laborator since the beginning, it
was a natural path to merge his
Fiyah Yard Studio within the Holy
Hills camp.
Apart from producing and market-
ing music recordings, we are cur-
rently managing artists, offering
Sound system services, recording
studio services, and have different
kinds of merchandize. We’re also
offering consulting services for
artistes and music entrepreneurs.
