R
ansoms’ name came
as a nickname given
to him at a young age
due to his craftiness at
saving his own money
while smooth-talking oth-
ers into spending theirs.
Almost hilariously holding
out for a ‘ransom’!
Born in Jamaica to a
father who was a part of
a big sound system, he
was always around the
music, helping to set up
for the sound equipment.
His love for the music
grew from there.
Today Ransoms and his
team
of
producers
always aim to create big
Sounds Systems like the
ones he heard the Sound
Systems use to eliminate each other. At the same time, he fell in love with
the idea of performing live.
In 2017, through various networks and connections, Ransoms managed to
build a winning team around him by joining the Klean Step Movement label.
With all the pieces in place, he is finally set to land his spot on the scene.
