Changing room lighting can greatly great
impact a shop’s cost performance. When a
customer tries on an article of clothing and
looks in the mirror, they want to feel attractive
and flattered. Down-lighting is heavily criticised
for the effect it has, making customers feel
unattractive and thus negatively impacting sales
(Bartha, 2014). However, built in mirror lighting
is highly praised for it’s flattering effects, hence I
have selected to use this (Bartha, 2014).
