nut butter. Aim for two substantial snacks per day
(one in mid-morning and one during the midafter-
noon hours) and have as many plain veggie snacks as
you want during the rest of the day.
3. Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water (8 glasses)
each day. Enjoy as much herbal tea as you like,
remembering to drink your detox tea at least twice
daily.
4. At least once during the detox, perform one of the
recommended colon cleanse methods, which isn’t
nearly as scary as it sounds!
5. Do not consume any of the following: meat, milk,
cheese, refined sugar in any form, processed food,
