Get a complete workout using the traditions of Ballet in a whole new way! We will explore the soft bend of the plie ', the strength of the point and flex of the feet, and the extension and elongation of our limbs and arms as we dance our way towards healthy posture and strong bodies. Please wear comfortable clothing for stretching and moving. Wear socks or soft-soled dance shoes such as ballet or jazz shoes. Get a complete workout while learning various forms of dance. We will explore movement from Ballet, Jazz, Belly Dance, West African Dance and more. Emphasis will be placed on building strength and endurance while learning technique and basic vocabulary.
