In this ballet class dancers will stretch, learn steps, terminology and put steps into a choreographed dance. This class is a great way to decrease the day ' s stress and increase relaxation while exercising. The class is suitable for the beginning ballet student as well as a returning student. This class is for the intermediate Ballroom dancer who wants to polish up steps and learn new patterns. It is also for the dancer who wants to continue to the next level after the Dance Sampler class. At the end of class you will shine on the dance floor with new Ballroom patterns and technique.
