Native Music
Native Hip Hop
In what was our single most
popular issue, Red Honey
profiled several artists in the
Native Hip Hop community.
Each brings something
unique to the scene with their
music. Each recognizes the
struggle it is, and the perseverance it takes to succeed
in the music industry.
Whether you catch them
sharing the stage with mainstream artists such as Lil’
Rob or Usher, or headlining
their own gigs, these Native
artists are not to be missed.
We’d also like to give special
props to the Native ladies
who are doing their thing with
the music. In our search for
talented female artist to feaIn an industry that at the time ture, we found that the scene
was seriously lacking. Much
was dominated by the likes
of artists from 50 Cent to
love to the ones that are out
there.
Kanye West, Natives were
and are on the rise.
