Program Offerings
PERSONAL TRAINING*
Our personal training offerings are designed to provide an innovative,
individualized exercise program for health improvement that emphasizes
correct form and technique.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING*
Small Group Training offers a unique opportunity to explore a new
dimension of fitness by merging group fitness with personal training
through class sessions with 5-10 participants in specialized exercise
programs.
MASSAGE THERAPY*
Massage Therapy services can help relieve pain, headaches, stress,
insomnia, and general tension.
FIT & WELL PREP COURSES
Prep courses are free courses that can assist individuals in obtaining
nationally accredited certifications in Personal Training, Group Exercise
Instruction, and Wellness Coaching.
FIT & WELL CERTIFICATIONS*
We host primary & specialty certifications with ACSM and NETA.
Certification offerings include: Personal Training, Group Exercise, Wellness
Coaching, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Kettlebells, and Barre.
*Denotes programs that are offered for a small fee to all members
