FITNESS & WELLNESS
Our Fitness & Wellness programs are designed to promote all types of
wellness by helping you to move more, to better understand your body,
and to educate you on different healthy options and choices. Many of
our offerings are included with your membership at no cost.
Fitness Assessments
Offers the opportunity for you to get an initial assessment
that will evaluate your current level of fitness and body
composition. Post assessment, you will be given access to
Active Trax, an online fitness tracking system, which can
help you monitor your progress.
Wellness Coaching
Our coaches help establish realistic and appropriate
weekly goals to empower and build confidence so
that participants may make healthier choices.
Group Exercise Classes
Fitness & Wellness offers a diverse selection of free classes
every week at the SRC. Popular class offerings include:
