Moulton Niguel Water District & South Coast Water District :
Investing in Laguna Niguel ’ s water infrastructure to maintain safe and reliable service .
In late September of 2023 , Moulton Niguel and the Joint Regional Water Supply System / South Coast Water District will start replacing 2 miles of critical pipelines along Crown Valley Parkway , between Camino Del Avion to Hillhurst Drive . To ensure continued safe and reliable service ( and minimize the frequency of costly and disruptive outages ), the aging infrastructure must be replaced . The new pipelines are essential to ensure continued safe and reliable water service for residents and businesses in Laguna Niguel .
During construction , there will be traffic delays on Crown Valley Parkway .
