• Collaborate with organisations with a RAP and / or other like-minded organisations to develop ways to advance reconciliation . This will start with

other NRM bodies and our existing partners .

• Conduct a review of Human Resource policies and procedures to ensure that they are culturally appropriate and consistent with current legislation

( including anti-discrimination provisions ). As part of the review consult with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and advisors on our antidiscrimination policy .

• Ensure all staff are aware of , and understand , Human Resource policies and procedures ( including anti-discrimination policy ). Provide anti-discrimination

training as part of staff inductions and training .

• Educate senior leaders on the effects of racism with an external presenter for a tailored presentation and open discussion .
