MAKING WAVES: REA & ASSOCIATES ANNUAL REPORT | NOV. 2016 – OCT. 2017
Taking our Relationships to the Next Level
Over the last year, we’ ve immersed ourselves in preliminary discovery, research and vendor demonstrations in search of a CRM( client relationship management) tool that will meet the needs of our team while maximizing the value we provide to our clients every day. In the year ahead, we plan to roll out this initiative. Once implemented, our new CRM system will help our team serve our clients better than ever before while promoting a culture of accountability and improved efficiency.
Improved PMA Practice Transitions Website Launches to Educate Buyers, Sellers
In 2018 dental professionals looking to buy or sell a practice will have a new resource to turn to – the soon-to-be revamped PMA Practice Transitions website. In addition to a new look and streamlined navigation, the revamped website will include a new buyer profile feature that allows dental professionals to register and be notified of dental practice sale listings that match their pre-identified search criteria. Additionally, this site will provide educational content to buyers and sellers alike.
Search Continues for Top Talent
We’ re always looking for highly skilled professionals and industry experts to join the Rea family. We’ ve had great success meeting our goal of identifying, recruiting and retaining top talent over the last year and we expect to do much of the same in the year ahead. Moreover, we look forward to welcoming additional talent to the Rea family as the result of continued merger and acquisition activity.
