Cornerstone # 3: Our Growth
GOAL: Build a firm that is stable, impactful and dominant. To grow and go from good to great, Rea must have a strong foundation. Careful, strategic growth is essential to Rea’ s future.
In order for Rea to grow, we need to be in a constant state of evolution – never settling for status quo or assuming“ no news is good news” when it comes to client service. Your needs are as ever-changing as are the industries we serve. And if we don’ t look for ways to better serve you – we know that someone else will.
In the year ahead, we’ re bringing a team of experts together and expanding and formalizing value-added consulting services to our clients. These services include business valuation and succession planning, Affordable Care Act consulting, fraud and information security consulting, and retirement plan consulting. We’ ll be further communicating these offerings in the near future.
Cornerstone # 4: Our Firm
GOAL: Build the firm in a way that supports the other three cornerstones. To take our firm from good to great, we must take each office, each specialty practice and each person from good to great. Each must have its own specific, aggressive plan to achieve The Rea Advantage’ s objectives.
The Rea Advantage is the inspiration, the heartbeat, the reason why each and every employee does what they do every day. Every employee, every office, every specialty practice is accountable to the strategic plan. Within the past year, our offices and specialty teams were challenged to set specific goals that align with
The Rea Advantage and hold weekly meetings to review their scoreboard.
It’ s been exciting to see how our teams are embracing the‘ One Firm’ concept and banding together to tackle our firm’ s wildly important goals. Everyone is taking responsibility and initiative and creating real value as we all work toward creating a stable, impactful and dominant firm.
THE ROAD AHEAD
2016 was a rewarding year as we set in motion The Rea Advantage; though it was not a year without growing pains. We didn’ t always make the right decisions. But we’ re grateful for the strong start and enthusiasm of our team and our clients. We’ re more durable, more focused and more unified now than we were a year ago at this time. 2017 is shaping up to be a great year and we look forward to working alongside of you as we continue on our journey.
