Rea's Annual Report In Motion: 2016 Annual Report | Page 23

An entire year has passed since we introduced our firm’ s strategic plan, The Rea Advantage. And while it’ s a great plan; it would be worthless without great execution to back it up.
we were ready to put The Rea Advantage in motion, we followed the concepts of The 4 Disciplines of Execution( 4DX) by Sean Covey, Jim Huling and Chris McChesney, which outlines specific behaviors for translating strategy into action.
